🐝 We ship to all of Chile to Enviame. The shipping method and tracking code will be sent to your email once your purchase is dispatched from our distribution center.

🐝 Shipments within the RM, we do them ourselves, therefore we do not have the technology to follow up. If you have questions about your order, you can contact us via email contacto@reinamadre.cl and we will update you.

🐝 We ship from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except holidays. Saturdays and Sundays we rest!. If you have questions, write to us at contacto@reinamadre.cl

🐝 In the RM we ship between 1-2 business days and regions appear in your shopping cart and the date is considered from the payment confirmation.

🐝 To help us, the ideal is that you give us a delivery address so that there is always someone to receive your order. It can be your neighbor, friend, janitor!
