Produced in Los Muermos - Los Lagos Region, this Bifloral variety comes from the flowers of Tepú and Tiaca, two native trees endemic to the South of Chile, characterized by their white pompom flower where their blooms abound during the months of December and January.

Tasting Notes: Amber in color with golden tones, it is fresh with an intense floral aroma, gently sweet, with a creamy and spreadable texture. For reference, it is less intense than Ulmo and Multiflora honey.

Pairing: it goes very well for breakfast with oatmeal or granola and fruit. Due to its freshness, it is also delicious in pastries such as a banana cake or a red fruit tartlet.

Properties: due to its rapid absorption it is pure energy when we exercise, it helps fight fatigue and stress. This strain is a powerful antifungal and antibacterial, making it great for cold symptoms, treating bronchitis, and soothing sore throats. It has antioxidant effects that raise our defenses and prevent premature aging of cells.
