Tasting Notes: It has a very characteristic amber color. Its subtle sweetness, softer than Ulmo honey, gives a fresh and youthful texture to the palate.

Pairing: Its subtle sweetness with floral touches is a good complement to sweeten healthy meals such as delicious oatmeal and honey cookies, salad dressings and energize fruit smoothies.

Properties: It has properties common to all honeys: antibacterial and antiseptic. For this reason, it helps relieve colds, soothe throat infections, promote digestion and heal wounds.
