Ulmo Honey Fermented Ginger
-8 to 10 slices of peeled ginger
-5 tablespoons of Multiflora honey @reinamadre.cl
-1 Bottle of 50 grams or similar
Cut the ginger into thin slices and leave them inside the jar. Cover with honey until they are completely covered and close the lid. Open it for the first 3 days to release the gas that may be generated. You will notice that the honey becomes more liquid and more intense in color every day. It is ideal for sweetening infusions, accompanying desserts or cooking fish, meat and sauces.
Store in a cool, dry place.
