Southern Multiflora Honey Butter Glaze
It's a delicious glaze, which goes wonderfully on all kinds of cakes and ice creams
Ingredients
50 g of butter
50 ml South Multiflora honey @reinamadre.cl
Sea salt or dried lavender flowers
Preparation
Mix the butter, honey and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat, bring to heat and stir to homogenize, hopefully it does not boil.
Brush the cupcakes, already baked and serve, if the option is to use flowers, sprinkle them on the icing
