Ulmo Honey Chocolate Fondue
450 gr semisweet chocolate
200 ml of cream
3 tbsp of honey, me I used honey from Ulmo from reinamadre.cl
Chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl over a low temperature water bath until the chocolate melts, then add the cream, mixing in a figure eight with a wooden spoon. To finish, add 3 tablespoons of honey, mix and keep at a low temperature. Serve with a variety of fruits, cookies, sponge cake squares, marshmallows...
