Pork Ribs with Wild Clover Honey

These extra delicious ribs super tender, juicy, flavorful with their meat just falling off the bone

Ingredients


1 kg short ribs (sliced)

2 tbsp oyster sauce

5 tbsp soy sauce

1 ½ tbsp five spice powder

3 tablespoons of wild clover honey @reinamadre.cl

1 ½ cups of water

5 garlic cloves (peeled)

2 spring onions

Preparation

In a pressure cooker, sauté the ribs for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, 5-spice powder, garlic, water, and chives. Mix until all the ribs are covered with the sauce.

Pressure cook for 25 minutes, let the pot release naturally.

After 25 minutes, remove the chives and simmer for another 10 minutes in the same pot, until the sauce turns into a thick glaze.

When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and enjoy


**If you prepare it in a conventional pot, add an extra 1 ½ cups of water, cover and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Be careful to prevent it from burning.

Cook 45 minutes, until the sauce turns into a thick glaze.
