Roasted Plums with Wild Clover Honey
Roasted plums with cardamom and honey, a delicious and traditional autumn dessert made with basic ingredients. It also serves as a complement for countless desserts
6-8 red plums
5 cardamom pods
2 tablespoons of wild clover honey @reinamadre.cl
Preheat the oven to 180ºC with top and bottom heat.
Wash and dry the plums.
Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds and place face up on a tray that can go in the oven.
Drizzle the plums with honey, sprinkle with cardamom.
We bake at medium height for 30 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool slightly.
It can be served warm, accompanied by yogurt, whipped cream…
