Goats with Bifloral Honey Caramel
Ingredients
120gr curagua corn
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp sugar
5 tablespoons of Bifloral honey @reinamadre.cl
80gr butter
Optional a pinch of salt
Preparation
Put a deep pot on the stove with two tablespoons of oil and the curagua corn
Let the corn pop, cover the pot, until you can't hear or see them jump.
In a separate pot to prepare the honey caramel, put sugar and honey, leave on the heat without stirring
When it is golden brown, add the butter and leave it on the heat for another minute, stirring until everything is smooth
Pour the caramel over the goats, then spread out on a tray and voila.
